SMOOTH TALKER
Ingredients
- 0,1 cl Fructal elderflower syrup
- 0,2 cl Fructal blueberry liquer
- 0,3 cl Monologue gin
- 1 dl extra dry sparkling wine
- a few drops of extra virgin olive oil (Belica)
Preparation
Put the ice in a tumbler glass. Pour over the elderberry syrup, blueberry liqueur and Monologue gin. To combine the flavors, mix the ingredients in the glass. Top up with very dry sparkling wine of your choice. Finally, add a few drops of extra virgin olive oil. I recommend the varietal oil of Istrian Belica with the typical smell of cut grass and the characteristic bitterness and piquancy.
Garnish with a small olive sprig.
