The story

Nature has spoken and we listened

Enjoy our homage to the landscape between the Alps and the Adriatic.

The idea of the Monologue gin came long before the Monologue itself.

Tomaž Kavčič, one of Slovenia’s best chefs, has been serving his guests the now-famous dessert called Gin & tonic with juniper aroma for the last 10 years. In 2015 Tomaž in partnership with Fructal started developing their take on what gin should be. 3 years and 72 samples later, Monologue was distilled.
